Join CIBO for our first in-person conference of 2026 designed to focus on the wide range of policy and technical issues facing industrial energy. Sharing experiences and actions with your peers in the industrial and institutional energy sector supports information exchange and technology innovation – come tell your stories!

The conference will include topic presentations over three days, Tuesday, June 23rd afternoon to Thursday, June 25th morning. Speakers on our agenda, both CIBO members and invited non-members, represent industrial and institutional energy facility owners and operators, consultants, outside experts and government agencies. If you would like to make a presentation or make additional suggestions on agenda topics and expert presenters, we welcome your input!

REGISTRATION

Registration is open to both CIBO members and non-members. The conference registration fee covers the full conference: meeting materials, all speakers presentations, breakfast, lunch receptions and dinners on all days except the Tuesday evening off-site reception & dinner. Registration is required to attend.

The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria, address: 801 N St Asaph Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314. CIBO’s room block is ($219/night) with a deadline of June 1, 2026 to book with this rate. To book your room click here.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm. The hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early or departing late.
